How To Prepare Arugampul Juice Take half a cup of arugampul and soak in water for 5-10 minutes and rinse well. Drain the water and in a blender add arugampul and half cup boiled water and blend well. Dilute the juice by adding 100 ml of boiled water. To taste better you can drizzle lemon juice and add a little salt or honey.
