- Traditionally, soy sauce is used as a universal table sauce, in pickling, stir fry dishes, or as a dressing to any dish by substituting salt. Its an all-purpose seasoning for your kitchens, it can be used for various styles of cooking.
- Meishi Soy Sauce is naturally brewed. A traditional and delicate process that takes months. Only selected, natural ingredients are used to produce a pure, subtle, savoury taste, which is totally different from non-brewed soy sauce.
